Skype and FaceTime

Online therapy using Skype and FaceTime is a flexible, cost-effective way of accessing help for men and women who don't want to – or are unable to – seek support in person. It can also be used by clients who would like to supplement their face-to-face therapy with additional online work. You will need a reliable internet connection as well as the relevant software. Skype can be used across any device and operating system and is free to download. FaceTime is pre-loaded on to Apple computers, iPads and iPhones. It's a good idea to check your software for updates and to test it in advance of your first session.

Skype and FaceTime consultations are charged at 60. Please note that the full fee is payable for missed appointments or if you decide to cancel or change your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice. All appointments last 50 minutes. To check availability and arrange a consultation, please go to Book appointment If you have any questions or you would like an informal chat, feel free to call, text or email me.
